Recently purchased Xprotolab. it works but can't connect to a computer - tried all sorts of things and as per instructions but "Not Connected"
Selected "Options" "Usb" "connect" - it tries but no!
Any help??

Did you install the drivers using the Zadig tool?

Yes I did.

So you have the XScopes in the device manager? You normally don't need to manually connect when the device is plugged in. The PC interface will automatically connect.

Xscopes appears when I plug Xprotolab in. I checked the driver and the message is "Windows cannot load.....driver corrupt or missing (Code 39)/\r\n/Tried reloading driver etc, etc (icluding latest download from gabotronics) but no difference!/\r\n/Another hour wasted - frustration, frustration!!!!!

You could also try using the XP version of the Zadig tool.
