When I received my Xprotolab, the micro USB came off due to cold-solder.  When I reported this to Gabotronics, I was given the option to send the Xprotolab back for repair.  Mr. Anzziani was not only very helpful and professional, but quickly repaired the board and sent it back.  The turnaround for the repair was only about a week from sending the Xprotolab at the post office and receiving it in the mail.  Not only did Mr. Anzziani repair the USB port, he also updated the firmware on the Xprotolab.
I am very appreciative for the help and will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and co-workers.
