May have fried logic analyzer

I am trying to sniff SPI packets and accidently connected it to about 10.5v. I was trying to sniff SPI from an RGB LED controller, which also provides power (12v), I had assume that the ground and data would be 3.3v....but when I put my multimeter into it, it is 10.5v!
Now when I try to get it working on my 3.3v setup, I am not getting anything happening. Scope still functions fine. I am not sure if it is my program or the setup.
How can I tell if I have fried it?

Try looking at the digital data in SCOPE mode. If you see the logic channels changing with your data, then the logic port is ok.
